An excellent nose of lemon with just a tickle of honey and flint, progresses to a slick, fresh palate of lemons and hazelnuts. There is a lovely flintiness and rounded texture to the wine, with racy acidity and good depth of flavour. The finish is clean and with good length.

Well made and over delivering, it is a great wine to pair with panfried fish, creamy soft cheeses or a lunchtime salad in the sun.
