This all butter fruit cake is made with vine fruits infused with pure Jamaican rum.
A deliciously dark, moist and rich cake, it includes juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel, a pinch of spice and the distinctive flavour of tropical Jamaican rum.
It contains no artificial colours or flavours, no palm oil, and has been made to a nut-free recipe.
Each cake has been baked in the tin it is sealed in to ensure it is deliciously soft, moist and as fresh as the day it was baked, then presented boxed.
