Designed to fit and bake a whole round of cheese such as Brie or Camembert, these bakers are also great for other cheeses like feta and ricotta.
Simply place the cheese in the baker, adding sweet or savoury flavourings such as dried fruit, nuts, truffle paste,olives and herbs and a splash of wine. Cover and bake cheese for approximately 20 minutes at 200°C or until hot and the cheese has melted through.
