The original Buckingham recipe, this classic English fruit cake contains over 45% fruit. A deliciously dark, moist and rich cake, it includes juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice.
It contains no artificial colours or flavours, no palm oil, and has been made to a nut-free recipe. This is Buckingham's most popular fruit cake.
The cake is presented in a round tin decorated with images of fruit. Tin measures 155mm in diameter x 90mm high.
