The goodness of this hazelnut cake lies in the quality of the ingredients used. IGP Tonda Gentile del Piemonte hazelnuts are at its heart and their special flavour gives the cake its distinctive character.
Serve the hazelnut cake traditionally with a dollop of zabaglione and/or cream, which further enhance the flavour of the cake. Moscato and Passito wines also make a great match.
