These look superb on a cheeseboard or are wonderful served alongside a crudo or tartare.

Founded by Rosalia Cherchi in 1995, Cherchi specialises in the production of traditional parchment bread crackers, known as panne guttiatu, or ‘sheet music bread’. Their bakery is located in Alghero, on the north-western coast of Sardinia.

Cherchi's focus on tradition and decades of experience ensure a high quality product whilst preserving the flavours and identity of Sardinia.
