Made in the Sabato kitchen, this Valrhona chocolate twist on the Spanish classic Basque cheesecake has a scorched and caramelised top and a soft, rich chocolate custardy interior made from Valrhona Satilia Lactée Fèves.
This decadent treat was awarded a gold medal at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards 2025, with judges describing it as a 'rich dark Basque style with nice cheesecake flavour, very smooth with great caramelisation and the bitterness adds to the cheesecake'.
Simply defrost to serve. Delicious accompanied with Can Bech preserved figs or fresh fruit and a drizzle of Vincotto.
