Simply reheat this classic French dish for a convenient gourmet dinner. These duck legs are tender, moist and extremely flavoursome. Use the excess duck fat and make the most incredible roast potatoes you’ll ever taste.

Serve alongside roasted vegetables, green beans or next to a salad. The meat is also fabulous shredded and added to a risotto or pasta dish.

To heat: Remove from bag and remove excess fat surrounding the duck legs before arranging in a baking dish. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 210°C for 20-30 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

Duck, duck fat, salt, brown sugar, garlic, herbs, spices.
