Beef cheeks that are gently braised until meltingly-tender in a sauce infused with warm spices, fragrant herbs, chilli and coconut cream. It is complemented by potatoes and silver beet, all topped off with crunchy peanuts.

From our kitchen: This Thai favourite boasts complex layers of flavour, with beef cheeks that are gently braised until meltingly-tender in a sauce infused with warm spices, fragrant herbs, chilli and coconut cream. It is complemented by potatoes and silver beet, all topped off with crunchy peanuts.

You may like to cook some Qui Sardegna fregola, or steamed jasmine rice to accompany the dish, which is delicious with the sauce with the beef.

To heat: Remove plastic film and cover with foil.

  • From frozen ~ Bake at 190°C for 60 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until piping hot.
  • From defrosted ~ Bake at 190°C for 50 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until piping hot.
