Tender chicken cooked with punchy Mediterranean flavours in a tomato-based sauce ensure this is a dish you will return to. Manzanilla olives, capsicum, capers, mushrooms, paprika and herbs deliver an abundance of flavour.
Fabulous served with fregola or a rocket salad.
To heat: Remove plastic film and cover with foil.
- From frozen ~ Bake at 200°C fan bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, and cook at 185°C fan bake for a further 35 minutes, or until piping hot.
- From defrosted ~ Bake at 185°C fan bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 20 minutes, or until piping hot.
