A superb version of this French classic; tender, succulent and flavoursome. Chicken pieces, with the bone in, are gently braised with wine, shallots, garlic and herbs, and finished with button mushrooms and pancetta.

Wonderful accompanied by our truffled potato Dauphinoise

To heat: Remove plastic film and cover with foil.

  • From frozen ~ Bake at 200°C fan bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, and cook at 185°C fan bake for a further 35 minutes, or until piping hot.
  • From defrosted ~ Bake at 185°C fan bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 20 minutes, or until piping hot.

Chicken (62%), onion, mushroom, chicken stock, cured pork, red wine, tomato paste, garlic, butter (milk, salt), olive oil, duck fat, maize flour, herbs, spices, salt.
