Description

Elegance, complexity and finesse define Flocs, an exceptional cava made with Xarello, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay with long aging on lees. On the nose, it gives off aromas of white flowers, apple and citrus, giving way to an intense palate, with a fine bubble and well-integrated with a refreshing acidity. Its elegant notes of white fruit and pastry stand out in a long finish. An optimal Cava for tapas, charcuterie, appetizers, lamb and white free-range meats.

Clos Pons farms 48 hectares of certified organic vineyards in the Costers del Segre DO, south of Lleida, at elevations of 500–700 metres. The extreme continental climate and stony soils of Les Garrigues bring concentration and marked minerality to Garnacha, Tempranillo, Syrah, Macabeo, Albariño and Xarel·lo.

The estate produces deeply fruited reds with supple tannins and fresh, elegant whites where oak is carefully integrated to preserve terroir expression. The range also includes traditional method sparkling wines under the Cava DO, offering fine bubbles and refined freshness.

All wines are EU certified organic and bottled at origin to ensure authenticity and character.
