As the food editor for NZ House & Garden, Julie Le Clerc has built a trusted reputation for creating flavourful, reliable recipes that home cooks return to again and again. In this class, she’ll share her approach to effortless entertaining, guiding you through a menu inspired by the fresh, vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. 

Along the way, you’ll enjoy tastings of each dish prepared by Julie, paired with complementary wines (for guests aged 18 and over). After the class, there will also be an opportunity to shop, so you can take a little inspiration home with you.
