Impress your guests with this delightful baked dish, ideal for any gathering. It is a delicious addition to cheeseboards, perfect with crackers and crostini, or simply enjoyable on its own.
Serves 6
200g Zany Zeus classic feta or Clevedon Buffalo feta
1 cup Losada Carmona mixed olives, drained
1 lemon, cut in wedges
Extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
½ tsp La Chinata hot smoked paprika
3 sprigs of thyme
Put the whole block of feta in an ovenproof dish.
Scatter olives and lemon wedges around the cheese.
Drizzle feta generously with EVO. Dust with smoked
paprika. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes or until hot
and golden brown. For a more charred effect, finish
off under a hot grill. Garnish with thyme; serve hot
with crusty bread.
