Pizza 1:

Callipo Nduja
Losada pitted manzanilla olives
Clevedon Buffalo co cherry mozzarella
Basil leaves

Preheat oven to 300˚C. Combine Pomodoro and Nduja paste in a bowl - enough to cover the base of the dough (less or more of the nduja based on heat preference). Top with olives and mozzarella. Cook for for 7-10 minutes on a pizza stone in the pre-heated oven, until base is golden and crispy. Finish with fresh basil leaves.

Pedrazzoli L'Artigiano sliced prosciutto
Clevedon Buffalo co cherry mozzarella

Preheat oven to 300˚C. Combine Pomodoro and Nduja paste in a bowl - enough to cover the base of the dough (less or more of the nduja based on heat preference). Top with slices of prosciutto and mozzarella. Cook for for 7-10 minutes on a pizza stone in the pre-heated oven, until base is golden and crispy. Finish with fresh basil leaves and honey.

Pizza 3:
Sabato tomato passata
Callipo yellowfin tuna in olive oil
Pons capers in brine
Clevedon Buffalo co cherry mozzarella

Preheat oven to 300˚C. Cover the base of the dough with tomato passata. Top with mozzarella, tuna and capers. Cook for for 7-10 minutes on a pizza stone in the pre-heated oven, until base is golden and crispy.
