This delicious, all butter fruit cake is made with sumptuous cherries, tangy cranberries and vine fruit soaked overnight in German Kirsch to enhance the cherry flavour. It is a deliciously dark, moist and rich cake. The fruity flavour of the cherry and Kirsch combination is perfectly balanced by the inclusion of the cranberries.
It contains no artificial colours or flavours, no palm oil, and has been made to a nut-free recipe.
The cake is presented in a round tin decorated with images of fruit. Tin measures 155mm in diameter x 90mm high.
