Cooking Class: Julie Le Clerc - Mediterranean Menu

As food editor for NZ House & Garden magazine, Julie Le Clerc has built a strong reputation for creating trusted, delicious recipes you can rely on.

Julie’s cooking is ingredient-driven, flavour-focussed and full of clever combinations and originality. Along with deliciously accessible recipes, Julie generously shares lots of helpful advice and hard-won knowledge gained from a great love of cooking and many years spent creating recipes for catering and café kitchens, cookbooks and magazine spreads. 

This class will focus on a Mediterranean-inspired menu, designed for easy entertaining. You will enjoy tastings of each dish created by Julie and accompanying wine (for all of us over 18), with the opportunity to shop afterwards. Join Julie and share in some of her culinary secrets as she cleverly combines Sabato ingredients and serves up inspirational recipes you’ll want to make again and again.
