A warm and aromatic vegetable dish inspired by the slow, fragrant cooking of Morocco. Roasted pumpkin and sweet carrots are paired with gentle heat from harissa, finished with honey, coriander and fresh lime, and topped with a crunchy sprinkle of house-made spiced dukkah.
Serve as a vibrant side, or enjoy on its own.
To heat: Remove plastic film and cover with foil.
- From frozen ~ Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 30 minutes, or until piping hot.
- From defrosted ~ Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until piping hot.
