These traditional Brazilian cheese puffs are simply irresistible! Crisp on the outside, with a slightly chewy interior and great cheese flavour from the Grana Padano. Superior and convenient cocktail food – serve hot with a grating of extra Grana Padano or Parmigiano.

To heat: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place cheese puffs on a baking tray and leave to defrost for half an hour. Bake for 10 mins to reheat.
