Tagliatelle with Yellow Baby Tomato Sauce, Tuna, and Capers

Our new organic yellow baby tomato pasta sauce is bursting with brightness, vibrant flavour, and natural sweetness, perfectly paired with tagliatelle, tuna, and capers! This sauce is made with just three ingredients and contains no additives, preservatives, artificial colours, or flavours, letting the sweet, natural taste of the tomatoes truly shine!

Serves 4

4 portions Girolomoni grano duro tagliatelle
360g Sabato organic yellow baby tomato pasta sauce
3 Tbsp Pons capers in brine, drained
240g Callipo yellowfin tuna in oil
Sal de Añana spring salt
2 Tbsp Pons traditional olive oil
Accocebery Espelette pepper
Black pepper
Basil

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain pasta.

In a pan, heat some oil and fry the capers until crispy. Add the tuna and pasta sauce, then season with salt to taste.

Stir in fresh basil and mix well, then toss in the cooked pasta. Season with black pepper and a pinch of espelette pepper for a delightful kick.

Garnish with more fresh basil, serve, and enjoy!
